Eventim Tickets are now also on MySpace!

altA deal between CTS Eventim AG, Europe's market leader in the primary ticketing market and MySpace, the world's largest music platform will now have MySpace's users able to buy tickets directly from the primary ticketing company under http://www.myspace.com/ticketshop.

 In addition, the Eventim’s secondary ticketing platform fansale.de will also be integrated with into Myspace and users will now, not only buy tickets from the Eventim inventory, but also be able to resell tickets that other MySpace users want. The launch of MySpace ticket shop will be accompanied by joint promotions.

Malte Blumenthal, Vice President of New Media at Eventim said,

 "With the launch of Eventim ticket shop, we now start the cooperation with MySpace. The user can now safely and easily buy their original ticket or other tickets on the Ticket Exchange. "

In the next plans are to expand into fan widgets and other Web 2.0 offerings. Bands and organizers will get the chance to sell ticket via an integrated widget directly to their own MySpace profile.
