| The Ticket Factory Offers New Website Using AudienceView’s CMS |
AudienceView announced the United
Kingdom’s most dynamic ticketing agent, The Ticket Factory, has gone
live with a brand new website and the latest version of AudienceView
Ticketing.
This ground breaking upgrade includes a state of the art Content Management System (CMS) which provides users with a unified website and ticketing management platform and delivers a seamless online buying experience for customers. The Ticket Factory is the official box office of two world-class arenas - the LG Arena & The NIA in Birmingham - as well as hundreds of events at venues across the United Kingdom and sells around 1.5 million tickets annually. AudienceView partnered with The Ticket Factory to redesign their website and optimize the online buying experience for customers. The new CMS capability allows them to easily update everything from copy for a specific performance to the website’s menus and structure itself; and all in real-time. The powerful new tools enable them to create fully branded and bespoke micro-sites for individual events offering Clients seamless integration with the show’s own website. The latest AudienceView platform release also offers much improved integration of the ticketing and merchandising modules ensuring opportunities to up-sell additional services are maximized throughout the purchase flow. “We have been a longstanding AudienceView customer, and were confident we could work closely with the team to greatly enhance the online customer experience and maximize sales for our events,” said Saad Afzal, General Manager at The Ticket Factory. “The new website delivers a completely streamlined flow and enables our customers to easily search, navigate and proceed to make their ticket purchase. The new design is much more flexible and offers far greater opportunities to categorize and promote our broad range of events. We were determined that customers would drive the redevelopment of the site and engaged consultants to conduct a series of usability workshops before, during and after the redevelopment. Our extensive testing, and overwhelmingly positive feedback from Clients and Customers since, has confirmed the new online experience will deliver much better conversion rates and we are very pleased with the final result.” “We have a long history of working closely with our customers to enhance the ticket buying experience. In this instance, we teamed with The Ticket Factory to ensure the re-design of their Web portal on top of the AV platform, took advantage of our combined research on consumer’s search patterns and buying behaviours,” said Kevin Kimsa, CEO of AudienceView Ticketing. “Our design goal with this latest product release was to deliver a simple, integrated content management tool to enhance brand awareness while streamlining business operations and reducing costs. We are very pleased to be launching this market leading solution with our partner, The Ticket Factory.” Related Articles: Online ticket retailer Seatwave beats postal strike through HMV partnership Seatwave and UK music retailer, HMV, have joined up with Seatwave in launching an in-store music ticket box office.
