| One Million World Cup Soccer Tickets Go on Sale |
Another one million 2010 World Cup tickets are available and Africans are encouraged to buy. This was the message at the launch of the third ticketing phase in Johannesburg yesterday.
Already, about 700,000 tickets have been sold worldwide, with 196 days to go before kickoff. Local Organising Committee chief executive Danny Jordan said: “If we want this to be an African World Cup, then Africans must buy tickets.
