Ticket Summit Claims Top Networking Event in Ticketing & Entertainment

altTicket Summit, the leading conference and trade show for ticketing and entertainment executives, is positioned to be the top networking event for ticketing and entertainment professionals. The Ticket Summit January conference -- a three-day event scheduled January 13-15, 2010 at The Waldorf, Astoria in New York City -- boasts attendees from Ticketmaster, Yahoo!, StubHub, NHL, NBA, NFL, TicketNetwork, EU Ticket News and many more.

The conference will launch with a Networking Cocktail Party on Wednesday, January 13 where the cast of the Broadway hit musical Rock of Ages will perform as part of the evening's entertainment. On the roster for January 14 are a wide variety of panel sessions ranging from brand-building and event promotion, to legal trends in ticketing and the Broadway box office. Each day will feature a Keynote session -- on Thursday, January 14 a panel of ticketing research experts will address trends in ticketing as part of the current shifting economy; Friday's Keynote session will boast a powerful panel of the top CEOs in the primary ticketing realms, including Sean Moriarty (former CEO, Ticketmaster), Larry Witherspoon (CEO, Tickets.com), Jeff Kline (CEO, Veritix), with Ben Mogil (Research Analyst, Thomas Weisel Partners) as moderator.


Also present at the Ticket Summit conference will be a wide range of exhibitors showcasing their products and services, including: Acronym Media, Celebrity Access, Marketwire, New Jersey Nets, NHL, SeatGeek, and TicketNetwork.
