New Software for High Demand Ticketing Sites Unveiled

altvQueue for Box Offices -  a relatively new product out of the UK say they have solvee the problem of excessive on-line customer demand for popular ticket sales using technology developed by Versko. vQueue manages users on a first-come first-served basis providing a user friendly solution and protecting the core system from overloading at the same time.

The product manages peak traffic loads on Internet sales sites, dramatically reducing downtime and ensuring sales can be concluded successfully.

This is truly unique, as Mr Walker explains:

"We've developed the world's first Internet queuing system and we hope we'll be recognised as the people that brought that concept to the Internet."

vQueue can be installed in-house or the queue can be hosted off-site and it requires no re-engineering of the core system, is easy to install and is highly scalable. Advanced features of vQueue for Box Offices allow for multiple queue management in environments where 'white-label' functionality is provided, the ability to provide for priority queues and embed the queue functions into the host application thereby enhancing the customer journey.
