Ricky Gervais Tickets Out for New Wembley UK Date - Added Due to Demand

altUK comedian Ricky Gervais recently announced he added a third date and extra tickets for his tour at Wembley Arena after tickets for the comedian two dates at London's Wembley Arena in April were sold out quickly last week.

Demand for tickets was so great that the promoters added April 28 tickets after the first two dates, April 26 and 27, were snapped up in no time. After 30 minutes nearly all the seats had gone for the first two shows.

Gervais will be performing his Science show and has also confirmed dates in the US as well as plans to take his show on a 'world tour'.

Earlier this month he told the BBC News website: "The Office is shown in about 90 countries, so I've been promising myself I'll visit some of them.

"I'm going to do the first world live comedy tour," he added.

The dates come fresh from his hosting the Golden Globes at the weekend, for which he received mixed reviews for hosting the event.
