Benicàssim Festival Announces The Prodigy, Kasabian, PiL, The Specials, Ian Brown and Dizzee Rascal Headlining 2010
altThe Spanish Festival Internacional de Benicàssim has just announced that The Prodigy, Kasabian, PiL, The Specials, Ian Brown and Dizzee Rascal will be headlining the 2010 event. There's rumours that Green Day and Julian Casablancas may also be on the roster.

As well as this diverse array of musical performers, the festival has an extensive bill of non-musical entertainment, including dance, art, theatre, fashion, silent disco and short films. The first 'FIB' took place in 1995, and since then Benicàssim has been dedicated to indie rock, pop and electronic music as well as featuring artists who are a reference on the world stage.

Since the first festival, some of the most notable artists who have played the festival include Paul Weller, Depeche Mode, Beck, Radiohead, Kraftwerk, Brian Wilson, Blur, Lou Reed, Oasis, The Chemical Brothers, Franz Ferdinand, The Killers, Morrissey, Sigur Rós and The Strokes.
