Lady Gaga 'Furious' over Tour Chaos

altLady GaGa was left furious and upset yesterday when the first night of her UK tour was hit by problems, a report has claimed.

The US singer arrived at Manchester's MEN Arena and was shocked to discover that key parts of her Wizard Of Oz-style stage set had gone missing, according to UK paper The Mirror.

A source said:

"Right up until the wire there was a mad panic. Gaga lived up to her name when she arrived to find half of her costumes had not arrived and pieces of the set were missing. She has spent over a million pounds on this new stage show so she was furious that everything wasn't in place."

GaGa is said to have told staff that she did not want to go on stage unless everything was "perfect". However, the show went ahead as planned after she was reportedly reminded of the 'financial implications' of cancelling her concert.

But after those initial problems, the Lady Gaga tour promises to live up to the hype. Speaking to radio station 95.8 Capital FM, on Thursday, the US star revealed a little of what her fans could expect from the Monster Ball tour, including previously unheard material. Gaga told the radio station:

"The show's completely different and I have some really amazing surprises, and it's unlike anything I've done before."

The tour continues with gigs in Belfast, Liverpool and London scheduled this week.
