| Boyzone to go on Back on Tour in 2011 - First Since Death of Stephen Gately |
Boyzone have just revealed details of their 'Brother' tour which be taking place in Spring 2011.
The Irish boy band are currently celebrating their latest Number 1 album, Brother (the sixth album of their seventeen year career), and have announced 12 UK dates starting in February next year, their first tour since the tragic death Stephen Gately in October. "There was a time when the lads and I didn't know whether we would ever get back up on stage together again," band member Ronan Keating in a press release. "We just didn't know whether we could do it as a four-piece. We played three tracks live at the Albert Hall a couple of weeks ago and the reception was just unbelievable. We all came off stage buzzing, knowing that we had the full support of the fans, and it all just suddenly felt so right. We can't wait to get back on the road together." The Brother Tour will include tracks such as the Gave It All Away, Top Ten single, and Love Is A Hurricane - as well favourites such as Picture Of You, Love Me For A Reason and No Matter What... as well as a few new pieces. Tickets go on sale on Thursday, 25 March, but presale tickets will be available from www.boyzone.net from 9am today. Boyzone will play on the following dates: * February 21, 2011 - Liverpool Echo Arena Related Articles: Digonex Introduces SEATS - the First Dynamic Pricing System for Event Ticketing Indianapolis-based pricing software developer, Digonex
