group Boyz II Men have cancelled concerts in Bulgaria and Romania. They were
due to perform in the Winter Palace in Sofia on May 5, the first stop on the European
route of what was supposed to be a farewell European tour. But, when the group
apologized for not being able to stage a concert in Bulgaria, according to the
Sofia news agency,
