| Seal Tour this Summer in Europe Announced |
Seal is set to launch into a European tour, and he's to perform 18 dates during the month of July 2010 before he begins promoting his latest record.
Seal’s tour kicks off at the S&L Culture Centre in Lichenstein will
wrap in Tienen, Belgium on July 30th.
For his new album, Seal is re-teaming with producer David Foster, who guided his hit “Soul” album. “Soul,” released in 2008, was Seal’s last studio album. The tentatively titled “VI” is Seal’s first album of original material since 2007’s “System.” “Seal has been in the studio writing and recording his new studio album of original material, and from what we've heard, there's real magic happening,” said a posting on Seal’s website. The new album is expected to be released in September. Last year, Seal released his second compilation of career-spanning hits, appropriately titled “Hits.” The album covered Seal’s debut with “Crazy” all the way to selections from “Soul,” including “A Change Is Gonna Come.” Seal 2010 European Tour Dates July 3rd S&L Culture Centre,Lichenstein July 4th Private TBC July 6th Tesla Arena,Prague,Czech Republic July 7th Open Air Stage Klagenfurt,Austria July 9th B1 Moscow,Russia July 11th Sala Kongresowa, Warsaw, Poland July 13th VTBA,Pecs,Hungary July 14th VYBA Zadar,Croatia July 16th Palazzo Te,Mantova, Italy July 17th Piazza,Lucca,Italy July 19th Istanbul,Jazz Festival,Turkey July 21st Raanana Park,Tel Aviv,Israel July 23rd Plaza de Torros,Marbella,Spain July 24th Nikki Beach,Villamoura,Algarve,Portugal July 26th Poble Espanyol,Barcelona,Spain July 28th Cognac Festival,Cognac (50 miles from Limoges) July 30th Suikerrock,Tienen,Belgium Related Articles: Block this music monopoly - TM/LN merger will hurt concert consumers. by David Balto (originally published at Philly.com)
