You Say Party! We Say Die! Drummer Dies

Devon Clifford, drummer for Vancouver electro-punk five-piece You Say Party! We Say Die! passed away after collapsing onstage during the band’s set in Vancouver on Friday night.

31-year-old Clifford was rushed to hospital where he underwent emergency neuro-surgery and was placed on life support. He  died on Sunday morning apparently from a brain haemorrhage.

Known for their energetic live shows, You Say Party! We Say Die! had recently returned to Vancouver after extensively touring the States and Western Canada. They were about to embark on a two-month European tour beginning April 26 in Germany.
