| Tokio Hotel Moscow Cancellation Sparks Law Suit |

the OZPP website, the consumer body states that it is suing the venue rather
than promoter, Top Concert, because it was the only company mentioned on theTokio Hotel tickets. Top Concert - a major player in the Russian live market, which also promoted shows by Prodigy, a-ha and Franz Ferdinand - put the blame on the cancelation of the Moscow show and another (scheduled for March 8 in St Petersburg) on the artist's management. According to Russian business daily Kommersant, Top Concert has renewed negotiations with Tokio Hotel's management and the band's show in Moscow might still take place later this year.
