According the the African press, Kimberly resident Bonny Madlala was one of the supporters experiencing the problem.
“I have a reference number and a deposit slip. The manager checked in
the system and told me that my tickets were cancelled because FIFA did
not get their money from FNB. I am angry and hurt because these tickets
were for my family and I,” Madlala said to iAfrica.com
