Snoop Dogg to Perform in Groningen and Tilburg - After The Hague Gives him Thumbs Down

altThe rapper has announced that he will give two extra performances in the cities of Groningen and Tilburg instead. A third gig, in Amsterdam, has sold out. Since Jozias van Aartsen Mayor of the Dutch city The Hague has barred US rapper Snoop Dogg from appearing at an open-air concert in the city - Snoop decided to head out to some other cities in Holland that don't seem to mind having him play. Snoop's appearance was considered at odds with "the open and friendly character" of the free Parkpop festival on 27 June.
