Eventsv.com - New UK Ticket Comparison Site Launches

altA new UK based ticket search engine,  Eventsv.com has recently launched not only offers ticket comparison pricing to events from around the world - it also offers information about facilities near the event, such as hotels and restaurants. Eventsv.com aggregates tickets from a large range of ticket wholesalers and re-sellers to present a comprehensive choice of ticketing options to its users. Competitors in the UK include Bandsintown and Songkick offering tickets around content and Tixdaq, which is firmly entrenched in the same landscape.

Eventsv's unique software allows it to aggregate tickets for a wider range of events than similar services. As a result, Eventsv offers tickets with a clean, intuitive interface to events such as theatre, comedy, sports, music and much more. It launched with 80,000 events in April and has since added a further 55,000.

It was developed and bootstrapped by Arun Kumar, 21.

"As we've been growing, more and more ticket providers are approaching us about how to get their data on our site. The software is very flexible and allows us to add their data quickly."

Eventsv also lets you search using a map, which allows users to see the events that are happening near them. This feature will undergo various changes and improvements along with other aspects of the site over the next few months.

Arun said:

"The site is still fairly new; we're constantly increasing the number of our ticket providers so that we can offer the best range of events and ticketing options to our users."
