Live Nation Win 2 Awards at Live UK Music Awards

 altLive Nation Entertainment is extremely proud to announce the news that at last night’s Live UK Music Awards in London theyt were presented with two prestigious awards by Live UK Magazine.

  • John Drury – General Manager of Wembley Arena - collected the award for Best Venue Teamwork Arena – winning the gong over the likes of LG Arena, Birmingham and The O2, London.
  • Rick Latham – Bookings Manager – Wembley Arena – picked up the award on behalf of Live Nation for National Promoter of the Year, others finalists were SJM Concerts and Metropolis Music.
Paul Latham – Chief Operating Officer International Music said:

"This is a fantastic testimony to all the hard work from each member of staff in each of the offices. These are great achievements and we are proud that Wembley Arena and our promotions team have been recognised by the industry in this way".

The LIVE UK Music Business Awards are the first of what will become an annual event, created by the publisher of LIVE UK magazine, dedicated to the companies and individuals behind the business of contemporary live music. The Awards took place on the last day of the conference and networking event, LIVE UK – The Summit (6-7 October 2010).
