Live Nation Entertainment - Ticketmaster Paperless Ticketing Creates Frenzy and Huge Problems at US Justin Bieber Concert

altLook likes Live Nation Entertainment's - Ticketmaster paperless ticketing system is facing some trials in the US - it appears it was the chief reason behind the complete loss of control of fans entering the KFC Yum! Center in the Kentuckiana region on November 10, 2010.

Sayanee Mukherjee from tellycafe.com reports:

And little did the organizers expect that to manage an audience capacity of more than 20,000 would lead to so much trouble and confusion.

The audience which had gathered at the venue were chiefly angry at the mismanagement of their credit cards. The maximum part of the Justin Bieber fans comprised of children and young teenage boys and girls who are naturally impatient in nature and were not prepared to wait while their credit cards were doing the rounds inside the Center’s premises.

But it is to be recalled that the paperless ticketing system introduced by Ticketmaster was done in the effort to eliminate the interference of brokers and the long queues on streets.
