Malta's RS2 Software Wins Eventim Contract
altRS2 Software plc recently signed a 3-year comprehensive license and service package agreement with German company KPS Payment GmbH und Co and through this agreement, RS2 Software plc will provide KPS, who is the payment service provider for CTS Eventim AG, the BankWORKS system and any future modules. The agreement also covers amongst others services, system maintenance, mandated releases of card schemes, 24/7 support.

The agreement will enable KPS to further optimize and streamline the payment processing in the E-commerce business.

KPS Payment GmbH & Co. KG provides payment services as well as debtor management and will now be able to offer even more favorable terms by adding transaction processing as an additional service.
