Ticketcity Resolves Trouble with Secondary Ticket Actions from 2008 Olympics with Texas Legislators

altTicketCity is pleased to announce that the Texas Attorney General agreed to conclude its action against the company. Under the terms of the agreed settlement, there is no admission of liability and no payment of penalties.

“We are pleased to have reached a settlement and thankful that none of our clients were adversely affected by it. We look forward to continuing our focus on providing great service to our loyal clients, as we have been for the past 21 years.”

“We are glad to put this three-year-old matter behind us. We appreciate the efforts of the Attorney General and his staff who worked with us to reach this settlement,” said Zach Anderson, TicketCity Chief Operating Officer. “We remain committed to our mission of providing our customers with outstanding service.

“We are pleased to have reached a settlement and thankful that none of our clients were adversely affected by it. We look forward to continuing our focus on providing great service to our loyal clients, as we have been for the past 21 years.”

TicketCity recently celebrated their 21st year in business (March 9, 2011). The company maintains a top rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and has no unresolved complaints with the BBB.
