| After a long absence from the live performance arena in the UK, British rock legends, Duran Duran, will return to their home market for a series of highly anticipated concerts in May 2011. The original line up of Simon Le Bon, Nick Rhodes, John Taylor and Roger Taylor will perform to over 150,000 fans in 11 arena concerts throughout the UK in May and the band will showcase material from their new record, along with classic hits from across their 30 year career. The UK leg of the tour will kick off on Wednesday 18th May at the Newcastle Metro Radio Arena and will end on Saturday 4th June at Sheffield Motorpoint Arena.

| New York rockers the WHITE HILLS have scrapped their entire European tour due to family illness, according to news on their Myspace site.
Much to our disappointment, we regretfully have to cancel our upcoming Euro Tour due to an unexpected illness in my family. News on when we will be back touring Europe will come soon. We will still be appearing at ATP's "In Between Days" on December 6. Other UK dates will be rescheduled and announced soon. -dave

American indie rock cand DeVotchKa have just announced a
European tour in November and December this year,
supporting Gogol Bordello. These are the
band’s first European dates following their performance
to a crowd of over ninety thousand at a sold out show in
the Stade de France soccer arena in Paris with Muse this
summer.
The band recently wrapped up the recording of their next
record, and a follow up to the critically heralded
Anti-Records debut A Mad and Faithful Telling, which is
due out early 2011.

| Katy Perry has today announced that, due to popular demand, a third show at HMV Hammersmith Apollo on Saturday, March 19 has been added to her run of dates in Spring 2011. The UK dates are part of the ‘California Dreams World Tour’, her biggest world tour to date. Based on Katy's previous unique Live shows, it's sure to be an utterly mesmerizing and unique experience for fans. | American Heavy Metal band The Sword have cancelled their European tour due to medical issues of their drummer, Trivett Wingo, who has been advised not to fly by his doctor resulting in the cancellation of their European tour. They are planning to reschedule in the near future.
The Sword was formed in Austin, Texas in 2003 and since its inception, the band has comprised of vocalist and guitarist John D. "J. D." Cronise, guitarist Kyle Shutt, bassist Bryan Richie and drummer Trivett Wingo.
