FutureTix, has developed a first-of-its-kind web-based Request-for-Proposal (RFP) tool called FutureTix RFP. The system customizes an RFP specifically for each venue, and then distributes it digitally to the vendors for their online responses. FutureTix clients use FutureTix RFP to easily weigh vendor questions and score vendor responses. The comparative analysis tools help clients make informed decisions.
The San Francisco Giants, Florida Marlins and University of Nevada, Las Vegas are the recent success stories for FutureTix, Inc. Each has used the consulting firm to analyze ticketing platform functionality and compare vendor's financial offerings.
"FutureTix RFP played an integral part in our search for a ticketing platform as we prepare to move to our new ballpark in 2012," said Claude Delorme, Executive Vice President, Ballpark Development, Florida Marlins. "FutureTix provided us with the latest knowledge of industry standards and defined the parameters so that we were in a position to optimize our ticketing agreement."
