| Sacramento Kings are borrowing a ploy from the hotel and airline industries, and many other professional sports teams in the USA and introducing dynamic ticketing to their fans this year. According to the Sacramento Bee:
"They will let market demand determine seat prices for single-game ticket
sales this year. Prices will vary dramatically depending on what night
it is and who's on the court with the Kings."
"Not all games are equal," Kings team president Matina Kolokotronis told the Bee. "We adjusted ticket pricing to respond to that. It's a new
creative mind-set."
